Scope of Client :
a ). Civil job : All civil work including tilling of the work of the steam room with ceramic / bisazza glass mosaic or as per the choice of the architect.

b ). Flooring : Flooring complete with anti skid tiles.

c ). Seat : Seat to be constructed by the client 18" wide with granite, a 2" gap from the wall and at aheight of 18". The seat should have slight slope towards the wall.

d ). Drain : 4" drain line in steam room with grating cover under the seat. The slope of the floor will be towards the drain. e ). Light : Waterprro under light operation on 24 Volt DC supply.

f ). Electric supply : A 220 Volt 32 Amps. M.C.B. switch on the wall outside the steam bath with output leads in conduit pipe upto steam generator including necessary cabling (4 mm square copper cable).
